Skeletal Analysis of Rush Medical Collection individual
Abstract
◦Individual “42830” is a mostly complete skeleton from the Rush Medical Collection at the Field Museum. The goal of this research is to conduct metric and morphological analyses on this individuals remains. From these analyses I will draw conclusions about who they were, why they may have been chosen for this collection and how being from a marginalized group might have played into that decision and their life.
