FAQ's
Below is a list of frequently asked questions about the annual Undergraduate Research & Engagement Symposium.
Is submitting to the archive the same as registering for the symposium?
No! In order to register for the symposium on April 5, 2025, please go here.
Who can participate?
All Loyola undergraduate students who have conducted a research or community engagement project (through a course, independent study, fellowship, service-learning experience, academic internship, or student organization) are welcome to submit their project in either an oral or poster presentation.
Can a group present?
Yes! We encourage both individual and collaborative submissions. If you are submitting as a group, please select one group member to complete the registration form for the whole group. There will be space available to list all co-authors in the registration form. It is the responsibility of the group member registering for the archive to share all conference communications with their co-authors.
Can I submit if my research or project has not been completed?
Yes! You do not need to have completed your project or collected final results in order to submit. Students are welcome to submit projects or research that are still in progress.
What is the deadline for submissions
Please submit your research to the archive by June 1, 2025.
