Abstract
One thing I learned during the CFMC kick off was that Chicago's farmers markets are part of a loose collective but do not cooperate for the most part. The business issue is at hand is evaluating how CFMC can create a unified digital communications strategy. This means we have to come up with a way for CFMC to effectively reach more consumers through social media and coordinate marketing activities for different locations. A clickable survey and unfocus group are useful research tools to gauge how FM can be made more desirable based on feedback from respondents.
