Abstract

While interning for First Star Academy, a program dedicated to helping foster youth navigate their personal and scholastic lives, I began interviewing my fellow peers, mentors, supervisors, and students to better understand what a mentor should and should not do. My final product was a video where I gathered and edited all my findings. This video is intended to act as a guide to assist future potential mentors.
