Abstract
My proposal contains a buy recommendation for Verizon Communications Inc. shares. This proposal is the accumulation of industry and firm research, along with financial analysis and various valuation models of the company. Following this research and analysis, I calculated a target price of $146.54. This would allow for a potential upside of 175.24% at the October 10, 2021 closing price of $53.24 in 3 years. The key drivers for this target price include 5G wireless along with 5G home and business internet, next generation business to business integrations, and customer differentiation.
