Abstract

Air Force ROTC cadets engage in physical training each week to keep up with the demand of military lifestyle. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the current fitness status of Air Force ROTC cadets and compare their fitness levels to norms and the data of age and sex matched peers. 20 male Air Force cadets (age of 21.35 ± 1.4 years, height of 176.51 ± 4.16 cm, and weight of 76.15 ± 6.88 kg) participated in this study. To conclude, the ROTC cadets possess an above average fitness level in comparison to the fitness norms.
