Abstract

Varied species of arachnids were observed and classified in the province of Puerto Maldonado, Peru at the Inkaterra Reserva Amazonica Research Station. From the data collected, we were able to create a dichotomous key of 20 species. Information in the form of pictures, dates, and location of the species found were submitted to iNaturalist, an application used to share biodiversity information as a form of citizen science. This identification is in contribution to Inkaterra Association and the Loyola Institute of Environmental Sustainability.
