Abstract

This research will highlight and analyze how social media companies have begun the process of democratizing within themselves through the process of content policing and acknowledging the stake they have. However, at the end of the day they are companies with the goal of making money. So, the question is how effective and truthful this new wave of self-governance is, j and the role consumers will have in it.
