Abstract
This presentation outlines how elevated levels of cadmium and arsenic caused by Bullseye Glass Company in Portland, Oregon kickstarted the state's action taken to help mitigate further air pollution. As a result of this case, the Cleaner Air Oregon initiation was enacted and this helped to create new standards for the air quality, for all of Oregon’s residents.
