This abstract explores the impacts that developmental training techniques have on patients with disabilities in group setting. It examines the multifaceted challenges and opportunities inherent in fostering life-skills among individuals facing diverse physical, cognitive, and emotional disabilities. Through a combination of adaptive techniques, inclusive programming, and personalized support, developmental training staff members collaborate to create a supportive and empowering environment for residents at Misericordia to grow in.
