Abstract

Hello, my name is Maggie Kosidowski. I was adopted from Guangzhou, China when I was almost 8 years old. That life experience shaped a lot of my characteristics and biggest dreams. It is a part of the reason why I studied abroad in Rome, Italy. Due to my international background, I have always had a curiosity about other cultures, peoples, foods, and their way of life. This last semester has been crucial to my personal, academic, and professional growth.
