Abstract

This project is a reflective analysis of my year spent as a Programmative Restorative Justice Intern at Forging Opportunities for Refugees in America (FORA). Through leading community programming to engage local refugee parents and students, my work at FORA fostered the competencies of social engagement, collaboration, project management, and critical reflection.
