Abstract
As part of my my MARK 311 course, my class has been working with a client from Onward, a restaurant in Rogers Park, to collect data and do some market research to better inform them of their customers' needs and preferences. I established a business issue question and objectives to guide my research and am currently in the process of collecting data.
