Abstract
This presentation details my experience teaching English to adults at Loyola's Literacy Center. It includes reflections on my experience there, as well as methods and approaches that I took to ensure what I was teaching was effective for the learners. I also discuss teaching approaches from different sources and how I weaved those methodologies into my own tutoring sessions.
