Abstract
Sonnie is interning at Little City Foundation located in Inverness for her HSM 360 course. They are a not-for-profit organization dedicated to serving children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The projects she worked on during her time at this organization include assisting in the creation of a focus group that redefined Little City’s core values and developing a system to track the key associations and organizations that Little City belongs too. This project will allow Little City to find gaps within their organization.
