Abstract
While working in HR and Staff Development, I have helped with several projects and have aided my supervisors on various projects. This presentation will display some of the projects I worked on as an Intern at Misericordia. I hope to reflect on how these departments affect social change. I also would like to draw on the impossibility of social change without a department such as HR to uphold legal processes.
