Over the years the view on mental has definitely changed for the better. In years prior anxiety, depression, and number of other mental health issues used to be viewed as weakness and not a real disorder. Within the past ten years, and especially over the course of the pandemic and COVID mental health and the resources accessible to many people are being utilized and the new forms of outreach and policies referred to.
