Abstract
Blue is meant to represent the calming and orderly state of the mind and contrasts the vibrant orange of the neurons. Orange is associated with dynamic, spontaneous movement, much like the haphazard growth and targeting of cells in AD. Degraded/dead neurons are strewn about, monochrome parts of the mind which have lost their communicating pathways and hold no substance, or color, both in relation to the blue memory, and to their orange neural counterparts. The potential neuro-regenerative properties of STEM cell research are green to showcase both their healing factor towards Neurons, and repairing the damage done to AD.
