Abstract
The Milwaukee School of Languages has 10 'Equity Non-Negotiables' to guide teachers and faculty on how to build a more equitable environment. We formed a survey to better understand how teachers understand the Equity Non-Negotiables to provide data points to the school on which areas of equity the teachers are not understanding.
