Abstract
This presentation explores diversity and its prevalence/benefits within children's literature. It aims to present and promote the value of incorporating underrepresented and unheard voices in the classroom. The study also introduces resources and newly published books to educators through creative outlets like book talks and book trailers as well as through elaboration on specified children's book awards.
