Abstract
Biology and art seem to be unrelated areas, but in fact biology and art are closely linked. And the embodiment of art can help us better understand the original meaning of biology. For example, by watching the animation or picture of a gene organization, we can accurately associate its role and reaction position.
Ribosome is a very important presence in human cells. Because it helps with protein synthesis and provides energy for our bodies. At the same time, I combined the shape of Ribosome and DNA in this work. If you look at the pieces separately you will see that they are individual Ribosome, but if you look at them from a distance, the shape of the work is like the shape of the DNA which is wind together like a ‘8’ shape. And I used different colors and irregular shapes to represent the variability of living things. Because every minute, every second, the composition of the cell is changing. In other words, the nature of beauty is come from biology. At the end I hope people could find it in their daily life.
