Abstract

Team Target utilizes methods of market research and design thinking to help identify and solve Shedd’s business issue. The Shedd Aquarium wants to understand the demographic profiles of their audiences in order to determine what motivates people to visit the Shedd. Our team conducted client interviews and analyzed the data collected through Nvivo. We used this data analysis along with secondary data to identify research objectives and the business issue: How might Shedd increase customer satisfaction? Then, we used methods of quantitative and qualitative research design to conduct surveys and focus groups. Insights and action deliverable will follow soon.
