Abstract

Performance and Quality Improvement is key to any workplace or nonprofit. Using both internal and external data, service providers can better meet clients ever-evolving needs. But equitable data usage requires intentional practice and a commitment to change. From my research and evaluation of the first Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Task Force on the board of a large nonprofit to my work in PQI, I detail my areas of focus and personal experience at my internship through a virtual learning portfolio.
